I don't think there's any point in overreacting to people who casually bhop as zombies when they're not even near any humans.
Additionally, assuming that the videos provided in the imgur were filmed at the same time posted his demo, it was on the 11th of September. Cigaras was last banned for bhopping on the 14th of September.
