Can you please identify what exactly am I supposed to be looking at and at what point? What did the player violate and when can I see that in the demo?

You can see The Player camping in the beginning of the Demo (4s) And Killed Me

He might have stayed there for perhaps a couple seconds. Anyway, I don't think it's necessary to ban a player for camping once.
But you can file more reports of they camp again, then I will punish them.
