You need to upload the demo from our server , not just a random recorded demo with bots..

You need a DEMO for the day you got banned from the server, that's when you played and got banned

so do i need to record a demo for all the day?

the demo is automatically saved as soon as you joined at the server.

The demo is located in your 'cstrike' folder on your game's files. Look for a file named '[CSGAMERS]_Umbrella_Swarm', you do not need to record any demos yourself manually, as the server records them and saves them to your game's files automatically. The existing demo is overwritten by a newer one only if you join the server again.

So locate a demo in your game's files with that exact name, upload it and post the link here. This will be your last chance.
